We are not able to export all items outside the UK, under contractual reasons or by weight of the items. Please email us in advance to enquire.
Payment & Charges
It is our company policy to request payment in advance for all overseas shipments, outside the United Kingdom.
Payment should be in Pounds Sterling and sent by wire transfer, CHAPS, BACS; we do not accept any other payment type. i.e. credit/debit cards or paypal.
• The bank charge for the wire transfer is £15.00 and will be added to your order total.
• Shipping costs are calculated using total weight and dimensions of packaging and will be added to your order total
• The order will not be processed until payment in full has been received and cleared.
Shipping
We only use DHL Express to ship goods outside the UK, please do not ask us to investigate using other couriers, as we only have one account setup for export purposes.
However, you are welcome to arrange for your own courier to collect the goods from our premises, once the full payment of your order has been made.
